What’s Heeii?
Heeii is a system that gives you recommendations. While surfing Heeii shows tweets related to the webpage you’re visiting. The tweets are shown in a small bar on the left of your browser screen.

How do I use Heeii?
Download Heeii and you can use the internet like you always did. You can click tweets suggested by Heeii in the bar appearing next to the website you’re visiting.

Why would I want to download Heeii?
Depending on the page you’re visiting, Heeii provides you with relevant tweets. Consequently, you’ll be surprised with other Twitterer’s novelties and information.

What will it cost me?
Absolutely nothing! Downloading Heeii is completely free of charge.

What browser versions does Heeii support?
Internet Explorer, version 7 and 8.
Firefox, version 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 3.6. Contact Heeii if you’re using a different version of Firefox. Your version is probably suitable as well!
It’s also possible that you’re using Chrome, Safari or Opera, or even Konqueror or Lynx. At present we don’t support your browser. Maybe in the future…

How can I install Heeii?
Internet Explorer. Click the download link. The installation process starts. Follow the instructions on your screen. When the installaion is completed, restart your browser.
Firefox. Click the download link. You’ll be asked if the Heeii sidebar can be added te your browser Click yes and follow the instructions on your screen.

How do I turn off the Heeii sidebar?
Click on the cross on the top right. The sidebar will close down. Heeii now disappears from the screen and will be turned off.

How can I permanently remove the Heeii toolbar from my computer?
Internet Explorer. Go to your configuration screen >> software. Search for Heeii in the installed software list and click uninstall.
Firefox. Go te Firefox menus >> extra >> add ons. You can see the Heeii toolbar here. Click uninstall.

I installed Heeii but I can’t see it. What to do?
Internet Explorer. Go to menus >> view >> toolbars. Make sure Heeii is checked. Can’t find Heeii? Then something probably went wrong with the installation. Download Heeii again and make sure you close the browser before starting the installation! Otherwise it’s possible that it is installed, but not yet showing in your list of add ons of Internet Explorer.
Firefox. Go to menus >> view >> sidebars. Make sure Heeii is checked. If not, something probably went wrong with the installation. Dowload Heeii again.

Will Heeii slow down my computer?
No. The retrieved page is extremely light when showing a new page. In general, Heeii will be there much quicker than the page you’re trying to view.

Does Heeii save personal data?
To work properly, Heeii needs data. Heeii saves a part of the data that can be used by your browser, your ISP and the websites you’re visiting. The data Heeii saves are completely anonymous. Also, Heeii will not save IP addresses and will not log user accounts.
